Hennessy Fine de Cognac

Hennessy Fine de Cognac is a new blend, elegant and floral, with naturally well-balanced tones.

Hennessy Fine de Cognac’s delicate bouquet delights young consumers, who are traditional in their tastes but open to new adventures and experiences.

‘On the nose, fragrances of orange blossom, lemon peel, cinnamon and honey mingle and intertwine in a refined and elegant ballet. On the palate, these citrus hints gain complexity with aromas eliciting brioche and grilled almond, before evolving into caressing notes of spice and honey.

Characteristics:
Hennessy Fine de Cognac is a harmonious blend of about 60 floral and fruity eaux de vie originating from the first four growing areas of the delimited region of Cognac, with a predominance of Fins Bois. The mastery of the ageing process in tawny casks, with a limited and progressive contribution from the wood, enables these delicate eaux-de-vie, aged from about 2 to 8 years, to reveal the subtleties of their aromas and to convey, on the finish, lingering notes of oak.

Important: The old Fine de Cognac (with golden top and label) is considered as VSOP because the youngest eaux-de-vie was 4 years. The new white top bottle is considered as a VS-quality as the youngest eaux-de-vie is about 2 years old.
