Bache Gabrielsen Sérénité Très vieille Grande Champagne
This Sérénité Très vieille Grande Champagne, is a blend of matured Cognacs from the best area; Grande Champagne!
In addition to the traditional grape Ugni Blanc (85%), also a great proportion of the rare Folle Blanche grape (15%) has been used, further enhancing the quality of this superior cognac.
The oldest blends in this Cognac have spent 50 years in oak casks from the Limousin region of France. In combination with the slightly younger components, this gives an average age of around 30 years.
It has an elegant nose with a hint of mocha and orange marmalade. In the mouth it is rounded and velvety with a touch of coffee, vanilla and floral notes.
The finish is classically rich and long like a pure old Grand Champagne should be.
The Cellar Master, Jean-Philippe Bergier, has succeeded in finding and combining the real essence of traditional cognac once again. The name Sérénité has been chosen to reflect the happy, serene mood that this unique cognac will put you in.
