Bache-Gabrielsen Pure & Rustic Grande Champagne Vielle Réserve
Jean-Philippe Bergier, has selected and blended this cognac in collaboration with selected “Bouilleurs de Cru” around Segonzac, a village that is regarded as the heart of Cognac and Grande Champagne. This is where the very best cognacs spent their sunny childhood in short trousers, whether as Ugni Blanc grapes, distillate or young cognac. This cognac was distilled in the mid-1990s, since when it has been maturing in oak casks from Limousin. There are only five 350-litre casks of this youthful rarity, which is available in numbered bottles. A Grande Champagne with its fruity, floral youthfulness.
